It’s day 2 #omonifam! Trust you all are doing great! See, nobody died! After all it’s just one meal you are replacing with a smoothie. What this does is, you get a chance to eat your fruits and veggies in one go! How cool is that?! Fruits and veggies in a glass! Stick with me people! Let’s do this. Some of you have tagged me in your smoothie creations on Instagram. I am SUPER proud of you! Keep it coming!!!
There are no excuses not to do this, if you don’t have the fruits or veggies in my recipes, use whatever you have around you! Use seasonal fruits and veggies. Just make sure you have at least 3 fruits and veggies. Try to include your greens (like spinach, kale or pumpkin leaves aka ugwu) they are so good for you. I love the effects on my skin.
